So, I just finished the first 20 dyas and have lost a solid 8 lbs. I'm feeling and looking so much better. and am ready to start trying some new foods. I can't lie, it's been a little difficult at times.....I got sick of brocolli, carrots and kale in the first two weeks, but perserved. I've added walking and do between 35 and 60 minutes 5 days a week. If anyone else has had problems with constipation, Cindy advised me to double up on the probiotics and it really has speeded thing up. I'd love to hear from others who are beginning the third part of their journey to health and wellness. We can share triumphs, failures and questions.

My husband and I have just completed 24 days. We decided to continue because we enjoy the foods and are still learning and testing. Our problem now is that we want to test something new everyday in order to get some more variety. We have to be patient as the book suggests only adding a test day every 4-5 days! p. 154 I miss fruits like grapes and watermelon and bananas and don't see much written about additional fruit. Also, corn is highly reactive so we have not attempted testing corn. Thanks for the forum to help beyond the Plans 20 days!

We have to be patient as the book suggests only adding a test day every 4-5 days! p. 154 LG qualifies that by saying "for greater weight loss..." So I would take that to mean you can test more frequently. Heck, if you aren't reactive to your test foods, you could test daily!
